The Mind Games is back for 2025, and it’s all kicking off with an unforgettable official launch event.
Tomorrow, Friday 16 May, sponsors, partners, and guests will gather at Princes Wharf No. 1 (PW1) for a morning that blends fun, laughter, and team building with a group challenge designed to unleash creativity and strengthen connection.
In true Mind Games style, the event will feature a high-energy and visually engaging live version of The Gruen Transfer – a challenge where teams create their own TV ads in just 20 minutes. It’s guaranteed to be entertaining, fast-paced, and full of laughs.
We’ll also be sharing our powerful ‘POW Moments’ – a series of impactful 30 to 60 second reflections from senior business leaders who will speak openly about why they support The Mind Games. These stories will shine a light on the real and personal reasons behind their involvement, helping to break down stigma and open up conversations about mental health at work.
While the morning promises high energy and celebration, the heart of the event remains deeply meaningful. The Mind Games exists to raise awareness and funds for research into workplace mental health, by delivering Australia’s ultimate corporate team building challenge.
Since it began in 2019, The Mind Games has raised over $300,000 to support the Menzies Institute for Medical Research. The 2025 event will build on this success, aiming to deliver even greater impact and outcomes.
The Mind Games 2025 – because better mental health at work starts with connection, courage, and a little bit of fun.
Media representatives are invited to attend the launch to capture video footage, photos, hear stories and interview key attendees.
