Thanks for joining us on Race Day. We are very excited for our sell out event.

Note, that The Mind Games is a private event and anyone attending should be part of a team or a registered volunteer. Sorry, due to COVID restrictions no spectators allowed on site.

We want to ensure you have all the information you need to have a great day of fun and laughter, as well as raising money for mental health research, here are the things you need to know:

To ensure a safe and positive experience for yourself and everyone else involved, we ask you to always comply with The Mind Games 2021 COVID Safety Plan. You’ll be required to sanitise your hands before you enter each stage, and if required, we have gloves and masks available.

Registration opens at 8.00 AM at The Good Shed, Mac Point (41 Evans Street, Hobart).

Each Team is permitted one carpark at the venue. View a map of where to park your car for the day.

Registration will be contactless through a barcode. This has been sent to all registered participants.  Please bring this email along with you on the day.  Every person on site will have to check in with the registration team; and then you’ll be given your Mind Games wrist band. This is your entry ticket onto The Mind Games site.

Please bring your own water bottle and stay hydrated! We will have water stations throughout the venue for you to fill it up during the day.

We recommend ‘branding’ your Team! Think matching shirts, accessories, a pop of colour… Get creative!

Lunch and snacks will be provided. Courtesy of Schweppes we will also have drinks available, but you are encouraged to BYO water bottle. If you’ve advised us of a dietary requirement this is shown below. Please let us know if this needs to be updated.

If you feel like a coffee or something to drink other than water from our stations throughout the day, The Loaded Dog will be open to purchase your own.

A reminder that there will be a prize awarded to the team that raises the most money as part of their involvement in The Mind Games, click here and you’ll be directed to the fundraising platform.  All funds raised go to the Menzies Institute for Medical Research.

We will be selling The Mind Games T-Shirts at the event for only $30.00 each, all funds will go to Menzies Institute for Research!

At lunch time you’ll have the chance to bid on some items from The Mind Games. Successful bidders will be announced at the end of the day. Profits from the sale of these items will go to Menzies Institute for Research. Auction items will be posted to the website soon.

If you would like a happy snap to remember the day, gather your team around and have a photograph taken upon entering the venue.  We have an official photographer and videographer available throughout the day.

Because The Mind Games is a little bit competitive; and we don’t want the details of the stages to sneak out, we ask that you don’t share any stage details until the end of the day.

We can’t wait to see you at The Mind Games 2021 to have fun and raise money for Menzies Institute for Research! This year we aim to beat our 2019 fundraising goal of $70,000!
